Cage Unit
- Designed for maximum uniformity.
- Each unit is 1.23 m² is made of high-coated galvanized sheet and wire (310-350 gr/m²).
- It can be installed between 3 and 6 floors, without a platform and without requiring auxiliary products.
- It works without problems up to 150 meters thanks to its modular structure.
- The base is designed with 19x19 mm galvanized steel mesh; It is comfortable even for 1 day old chicks.
Feeding System
- Thanks to the special feeding plateau with 28 small holes, newborn chicks can easily reach the feed.
- Problems of feeding into the eye and mixing of fertilizer with the feed have been prevented.
Cage Compartments
- The covers in the middle of each compartment open towards the inside; providing easy access.
- The compartments at the base are designed to prevent chicks from getting stuck and injured.
Watering System
- 1 piece 360° broiler nipple and 3 plastic coated stainless steel nipples.
- Nipple lines are adjustable with a crane on each floor.
- Daily, weekly, monthly consumption can be monitored thanks to the water meter.
Fertilizer Delivery System
- Fertilizer accumulates on the PP belt under the lower wire mesh.
- The belt is operated from the rear unit and the fertilizer is transferred to the horizontal conveyor is transferred.
- This system provides fast and effective cleaning even at long distances.
